Greetings from Hanover!

It's leaf season here at Dartmouth and God once again reminds us of the beauty of His creation. Although the leaves are starting to fall and weather is getting colder, the Lord continues to work through His people on the Dartmouth campus!

We have been extremely encouraged by the Lord's provision this fall term. We are currently trekking through the book of Hebrews in our Bible courses and have been challenged by the letter's exhortation to follow Christ. It is easy in the college years to put one's faith on hold, but God has done amazing things through our Bible course times to provide great excitement in pursuing our Lord. Christian Union at Dartmouth has 170 undergraduate students enrolled in Bible courses this term and we are continuing to pray that this number increases. We believe that our Bible courses are pivotal in guiding and equipping the students to maintain their spiritual vibrancy as they live out their faith in their day-to-day life on campus. Please pray with us as we see the Lord continue to use His Scripture to further enlighten the minds of the Dartmouth students.

This month has also been packed with good events and activities. Early in October we had the privilege of John Lennox speaking at the Veritas Forum which Christian Union helped support. John Lennox is a major proponent in seeing the correlation between faith and science, and we were excited to have him dialogue on the topic, "Making Sense of the Universe." Continuing with the festivities of the fall season, we had a group of 60 students take a break to the orchard and go apple picking. It was a much needed break from mid-term exams and an all-around fun time of fellowship.

The Dartmouth students are in full swing as mid-term season has passed. Please continue to pray for the Lord to sustain them in their studies as well as bring about faithful leaders for the sake of the Gospel on the Dartmouth campus.

"Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)
