Dear CU Vita Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,

We are off to an exciting start to the spring semester here at Christian Union Vita at Cornell! The sun has been peeking through the normally gray skies more than it usually does during this time of year, and God has been pushing back against the kingdom of darkness as well! We’re celebrating what He is doing, and we want you to be able to celebrate with us as we share these with you.

First and foremost, we are praising the Lord for six students who have put their faith in Jesus this semester! This is an extraordinary blessing, and we are grateful for the movement of the Holy Spirit and allowing us to be a part of His work in bringing the lost to Himself. Your support allows us to carry out the ministry that makes this possible, so rejoice with us as part of the team of workers who were a part of this harvest. Pray that God continues to draw more and more students to a saving knowledge of Him!

We are also thankful that the Lord continues to bring new students into the CU Vita ministry at the midpoint of the school year. We are seeing so much growth among students in their desire to fervently seek the Lord and share the gospel. Continue to pray that God protects the hearts and minds of these passionate students as they charge forward for the Kingdom.

We have a major evangelistic event on campus March 10-15 called CU Proclaim! This will be a time when students and faculty from CU ministries at Yale, Dartmouth, Columbia, and Princeton come to Cornell’s campus for training and outreach opportunities. We will be saturating the campus with the gospel with the goal of making Jesus the most talked about subject on campus, concluding the week with a special campuswide worship event on March 14 featuring best-selling author and noted speaker Dr. Richard Blackaby, author of “Spiritual Leadership” and co-author of the best-selling “Experiencing God.” We have hundreds of copies of these books, as well as other evangelistic materials, which will be disbursed during this week. Pray for a great harvest of souls as we sow the seeds of the gospel far and wide this month!

As always, thank you for supporting the ministry of CU Vita. Your financial support makes these ministry efforts possible. As you can see, the need is greater than ever, as are the opportunities. Would you consider seeking the Lord about the possibility of giving even greater gifts to match these growing opportunities and needs?

If you have any questions about the work of CU Vita, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I would be happy to speak with you.

Pressing On,
