Dear CU Vox Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,

Autumn in Hanover is spectacular and it’s a delight to have the entire student population back on campus. There are still some Covid protocols in place but overall, campus life feels like it has returned to normal. The bustle of students in town is a welcome sight even if it means getting stuck in traffic waiting at crosswalks.

The freshmen welcoming campaign is well underway, Bible courses have begun, athletic events are taking place, and I’ve consumed a great deal of tea and far too many cookies during my one-on-one student meetings.

Praise God that we have found locations in Hanover to meet for Bible courses this term. Prior to the term’s start, Dartmouth instituted a ban on outside (non student/non employee) persons entering campus buildings. Through prayer and the kindness of some campus partners, we secured meeting space for all of our Bible courses.

Continue to pray for the Class of 2025 as they settle into their new life as college students. At our first Leadership Lecture Series of the term I challenged them that college is a time where your faith can flourish or it can flounder. Please join me in praying that this new class will flourish and positively impact the Christian community here at Dartmouth.

Pray for strength and stamina for the student and volunteer leaders this term. The adjustment from virtual meetings to in-person meetings, the resumption of events, and just the greater amount of students on campus is quite a change from the pace and scope of the prior academic year.

I’m filled with gratitude for your partnership in the Gospel and for God’s amazing provisions. Thank you all for both your prayer and practical support.
