Dear CU Vox Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,

First, I must thank each and every one of you for your prayers during our campaign to welcome the '27s to campus.  We truly appreciate it and felt your love continuously.  And by the grace of God each student at Dartmouth will feel the effect of them as well through our ministry.  Because of us, and because of you, the gospel is going forth!  Our CU Vox students, even students new to the ministry, describe our group and space as a “safe haven” from the craziness and frequent Godlessness of college life.  It is the rarest of students that can exist as a bold, healthy Christian without a Godly community to encourage and strengthen them.  CU Vox is that community at Dartmouth.

We just got back from our Fall Retreat, where CU Vox met up with CU Gloria from Harvard in the Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts.  The Holy Spirit was there powerfully, and we really bonded as a group, both within our campus and with our new friends from Harvard.  We were able to bring some of our new '27s along, which was a huge blessing, and a testament to their bravery and connection that they were willing to head off campus with us so soon for a whole weekend!

A major highlight of the retreat was our worship time on Saturday night.  After our normal evening session concluded, we decided to sing “one more song”.  Well, one song turned into two, then four, and then we lost count!  When all was said and done we had had spontaneous worship for two hours, glorifying God and blessing his name!  We saw times of prayer, confession, deliverance, healing, and wonderful times of Holy Spirit-led worship, as people cycled in and out of the worship team, with the joy and mercy of God touching every single heart in the place.  Praise God for his goodness towards us!

Somehow, back on campus, the term is already one-third over!  We are pressing forwards now with building relationships, building leadership teams, forging our Bible Courses, and planning outreach to the wider Dartmouth community.

God is greatly using your prayers to grow the ministry impact at CU Vox.

Please pray for more students to be added to our number, and for great commitment and fruit for all the ones who have already joined us.

Would you, also, be willing to consider blessing and empowering this ministry with a one time or recurring gift to support what God is doing at CU Vox or share this opportunity to grow God’s kingdom with someone in your life who might be interested:

Thank you for your prayers to help develop and connect Christian leaders to transform culture for God’s glory! We couldn’t do this without you and your support!

May God bless you as you do his work.

In Christ,

Timothy Pillsbury
