“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell. I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account. Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all, for your progress and joy in the faith, so that in me you may have ample cause to glory in Christ Jesus, because of my coming to you again.” - Philippians 1:21-26 - Psalms 85:4-7 (ESV)

Dear CU Gloria Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,

Thank you for staying connected by praying for the ministry through the summer. We have enjoyed a very fruitful summer season at Harvard, marked by the weekly Exodus Bible study, as well as the nightly student-led Prayer Corps. We are very excited for the fall semester, which will begin shortly in a few weeks. As we start to turn our attention to the fall semester, when the entire ministry will be studying together the Epistle to the Philippians, we ask you to join us in thanking God and in praying for the following: Praises:
  • Thank God for the spiritual momentum among our student leaders heading into the fall semester.
  • Thank God for the almost 40 students who are currently signed up for pre-retreat.
  • Thank God for a hunger among our students to press into prayer and to reach the lost with the gospel.

Prayer Requests:
  • For the staff and student leaders as we prepare for pre-retreat, that the Lord would meet us and that we would experience a visitation of the Holy Spirit during our time together.
  • That the Lord would give us grace and favor as we welcome a new class of students into our fellowship and into Christian community.
  • That the Lord would continue to provide for us and supply all the needs of our ministry as we continue to advance the mission forward on Harvard’s campus.
  • That our labor among students this fall would bear eternal fruit.
